It took me almost 9 years to figure out this song. I heard this song played for a metrotv program called Sagas. They are the first 24-hour news channel and my dad always watched it. Browsing at google is quite an alien thing to me at that time :)) During school days I never forget this beautiful melody, tried to search it when I'm at internet cafe whenever I remember, with any keyword (yeah anything) And end of last year (maybe, I don't quite remember) I found it with keyword 'sigi' that is all I remember from the song. I don't even know it was Celine Dion haha
